2nd Time Around
Album Notes
I considered a lot of different names for this album. Since this is my second solo album, I settled on “2nd Time Around”. I hope you enjoy my new collection of originals, collaborations, duets, and cover songs.
You’ll hear lyrics from a poem originally written in 1958 by my cousin Dick. Another song features a melody and concept first created in the 80s by my sister Sue. If you’re a fan of the Uffda Brudders, check out my re-write of the original Uffda Brudders Theme song. Rounding out the album are original love songs to my beautiful wife, a song full of advice for my children, and even a country tune that was a blast to write and sing.
Lastly, I couldn’t do an album without a tribute to my faith. I hope you will enjoy my renditions of Me and Jesus, Amazing Grace, and When The River Meets The Sea.
